"Exporting Favorites To A Floppy"

Before we start please insert a formatted 3 1/2 floppy diskette into your A: drive in your computer.

1) Open your Internet Explorer. Now left click on the word File, up in the upper left hand corner.

2) A drop down screen will pop up. Left click on the words Import and Export.

3) The Import/Export Wizard will pop up. Left click Next.

4) Your Import/Export Selection screen will pop up. Left click on Export Favorites. Go down and left click Next.

5) Now your Favorite Folder will pop up with all your sub folders under it. Go over and left click on the Favorites Folder only. It will show that it is open. Go down and left click Next.

6) A screen that says Export Favorites Destination will pop up. Make sure a dot is in the Export to a File or Address circle. Now go and left click on (#1) Browse. Another screen will pop up over this one. You will then left click on the (#2) carrot at the end of the Save in: box and then left click on 31/2 Floppy (A:). Then you will left click on (#3) Save. The screen will disappear, leaving the Import/Export Wizard screen showing. Now go down and left click on (#4) Next.

7) A screen will pop up saying it is completing the Import/Export Wizard. Go down and left click, Finish.

8) A small screen will pop up saying Export Favorites, and it will tell you that it successfully exported favorites. Now you have exported your favorites to a floppy. If for some reason you lost your favorites, you will be able to import them back in from your floppy.
